Systemic Plaquenil Toxicity

So after taking plaquenil for 10 years for SLE and Sjogrens my latest annual eye exam shows signs of retinal toxicity. Plaquenil has worked for the most part to keep things in check. Has anyone had to stop plaquenil and if so what was the next line of treatment you were offered?
