MRI question

Have been suffering with bilateral ear pain, pain behind eyes and around face intermittent, for over a month. Ears are clear and ENT refused to do any imaging
Family doctor thinks should have an MRI but does not know what kind.
Does anyone have a clue to what MRI should be ordered?
