Anxiety, scared to death. HIV negative week 14

on 3rd March 2017 I had risky exposure which was few seconds of vaginal exposure with a csw also unprotected oral sex And then I put condom, after few weeks of exposure I had almost all the symptoms of HIV such as white tongue with red bumps at the back, fatigue, chill, burning sensation feet and palm, nausea and weight loss. I was very scared as the tongue symptom still persist. I had so many HIV blood test
week 5 Abbott Architect Ag/Ab non-reactive
week 6 ECLIA HIV Ag/Ab non-reactive
week 8 Alere HIV combo Ag/Ab rapid test non-reactive
week 12 Abbott Architect Ag/Ab non-reactive
week 13 Eclia Ag/Ab non-reactive
Week 14 ECLIA Ag/Ab non-reactive (98 days of exposure)

I'm so scared eventhough all the testing were negative. What should I do now? Do i need any further test? what could be my infection. please advise me thank you
