Do I need to test

Hi
Approximately 4 weeks ago I visited a massage parlor. The masseuse gave me a handjob and I sucked her breast for sometime, I don't know whether she was lactating or not but what if she was and if a few drop of breast milk went inside my mouth am I in danger of hiv and do i need testing ?????
