Ankle MRI Report

Just a lil nervous about my MRI results from my ankle

The results were as follows:

Mild plantar fasciitis without rupture
Achilles tendon insertional tendinopathy and minimal interstitial fibrillar tear
Chronic appearing tear anterior talofibular ligament with fluid in the ankle joint
Subcutaneous soft tissue edema

Let me know what any of this means
