Erectile Dysfunction - Cialis Bad Side Effects

Hello everyone,

Posted a while back - hopefully can get some advice.

I'm 46 years old happily married for 20 years and started with erectile dysfunction over 1 1/2 years. Late last year I saw my Urologist and ran some tests on my testosterone it was very low 182. He started me on Clomid a fertility drug used by women (Obviously prescribed as off label to boost my testosterone 50mg (1/2 a pill per day). My testosterone level has significantly increased since then to 682 which is great. However, these last 3 months or so have gotten worse with my ED. I don't feel libido, excitement, foreplay most of the times doesn't help either. I went back to him and he prescribed 5 mg of Cialis daily. This worked great for the 1st three days; however on the 4th and 5th day started getting very bad back spine pain (which is one of its primary side effects) and was told to stop it. I'm going back for a visit this week and see what are other alternative drugs.

other lab work - taking Tricor for elevated tryglicerides, normal range for all other cholesterol numbers.

Do you think 2.5 mg of Cialis may minimize these effects? or try alternative drugs (trial and error Viagra, Levitra, Stendra) - I'm aware that these other ones are not like Cialis that has a much longer, continuous and are more for planning on a particular day to have sex.

Very problematic as most can relate - any response would be appreciated!
