Help finding a doctor in Alabama

Hi I found a small bump on my leg a year ago three days after it turned into the bulls eye I went to the er they didn't do any test just went by the site or the bulls eye and gave me ten days of doxycycline since then iv had alot of joint pain and inflammation and now I have a bad pain in my hip on the leg that had the bite and my back stays real stiff I keep muscle cramps.. so any help would be great full on a doctor and what test I need to get to check for Lyme disease... also my husband has been bite by a tick and he has the alpha gal allergy allergic to red meat and he cant get any doctors to help him so any help would be great
