Do you get this with your GERD

Ive had uncontrolled non erosive GERD for many years. Lately I get little "twitches/flutters" below the breast line-both sides-non painful. Im thinking this may be from my esophagus going into spasms though usually my spasms are painful and I feel them in the heart

Anyone get pain in the spine?

Finally, anyone also get pain below the breast line on the left and right? Normally as I said my spasms are in the heart area, but also have been getting stabbing pains below the breast line-where I get the "non painful flutters" (which are separate)
