a lump next to anus

Hello, I have noticed a relatively large lump today in the lower part of my anus where the soft skin is.

The lump is flesh colored, dont hurt or anything and when I touch it, it kinda fells hard but soft at the same time. Could it be an early sign of a genital wart?

I just had sex 3 days ago once but before that I have been sexually inactive in 6 months.
