Ok, so here goes. We are a married couple, been together for 20 years or more. We're in our early forties and my husband is a couple years older than me.
So he claims he's just so in love with me all the time, or most of the time, tells me I'm beautiful, pretty and all that. He's home from work everyday usually early, never late.
We go to the grocery store together, one of the big nice chains, and he'e explaining something he wants to cook to me just past the frozen section in the long back isle.
This lady comes walking by, also 40ish, wearing black spandex knee pants and a black spandex, spaghetti strap shirt (if you can call it a shirt). This would not be me, don't dress that way, ever. I don't think it looks good.
So, she is pushing a buggy, walks past us, then turns her head back to stare straight at my husband and give him a "look". She then walks a few hundred feet until her back is facing us, don't know what she was doing other than standing there.
My husband then pushes our buggy right behind her and stops. He then asks me what else we need, and I say bread. He proceeds to tell me break is at the other end of the store, loud enough so this women could hear. I tell him great, WE can go and get I then.
He repeats that it's at the other end of the store, and I could go and get it. At this point I'm wanting to slap him, but I stay completely calm though I can't believe what I'm hearing him say. Then I repeat we can go and get it together when we're done shopping.
So we walk away leaving this women, but oh no, hear she comes. She keeps coming around us and passing us. I get up close to my husband when I see her coming, couldn't say what she looks like, although, nothing special and dressed like a skank. Still, she keeps coming by us with her buggy no matter what isle we're in. Then I see her at the end of the next isle we're in acting as if she needs to bend over, while keeping her knees straight to check out the bottom of the milk cooler, (for some odd reason). If I didn't know better I would think she was auditioning for a stretching competition. She was acting so stupid I think my husband even become disinterested ( I think).
The point is, my husband later swore over and over he wasn't doing anything, but then later said it would never happen again, he would never act that way again.
I cannot shake the feeling that he was trying to get rid of me across the store to get a strange skank's number and cheat. It also perturbs me that he was so quickly and effortlessly disrespect me like that, and then treat me like I was stupid I could not see what he was doing. Or if I did see he would just say he wasn't doing anything.
I know this seems long, but please give me all of your opinions on this. It's bothering me, and I really need opinions. thanks
