Bilateral facet joint hypertrophy resulting in further narrowing of spinal canal (however, no herniated disc and Cervical Cord have normal MR signal)

I have acute pain in my left arm tricep and upper forearm and pain in the arm joint. Kindly advice whether the situation can be improved with medicine or any physical therapy?
I am 46 years old weighing about 71 kgs.
