2 or 3 small lumps on top of right testical

Hello. Well, I'm in panick. I'm 27 and I found this lumps on the top of the right testical. Went to my doctor who said that it could be epididymis and it's nothing to worry about. But I'm visiting urology on the 11th august. But now I'm not panicking about this so much as much as I'm afraid of the fact that my right testical is firmer than the left :/ but this is not something new I think. I was always wondering for years now that why is my left testical easier to squeeze then the right one. I never actually paid attenction on the fact that the right one might be the problem :/ If it's a problem at all. If I feel this for years, could it mean that it's normal? And one more question. If I touch too much my right testical, can that also make him a bit firmer? It's not rock firm but I really touch it often and exploring to much I guess. And I think I feel like a little burning on right testical because of that. At least I hope it's because I'm touching it. Oh and no, those lumps do not hurt when I touch them and neither the testical hurts. I hope I will get some answers to calm me down xD
