Hi everyone. I found a huge lump in my left armpit about a month ago. It's hard and immovable. I had the ER do an ultrasound on it and they told me that they didn't know and recommended an immediate biopsy from a breast surgeon. It feels 2 inches when I measure it, but ultrasound is showing 1.9 cm. The breast surgeon redid the ultrasound and seemed pretty sure it wasn't cancer and that it's liquid. I went for a third opinion from another breast surgeon and he looked at the ultrasound disc and told me it looks like a sebaceous cyst and is definitely not cancer and to forget it's there and he will recheck it in a month. He sent me out for an MRI upon my request and insurance denied it because they don't believe it's looking for cancer. His office just called me and told me to get an xray and if it's abnormal, the insurance company will get the MRI. Anyways I'm also noticing now that I have other small lumps under my armpit separate from that lump. These are much smaller, a little bigger than a pea, and movable. I can move them around. I have two in the same area on my left and one on my right that is smaller. I was wondering if this sounds like it could be lymphoma? Thank you.
