Piriformis pain HELP!!

Hi...I'm new and have been reading some threads concerning piriformis syndrome and si joint issues, but am curious about how to get it to pop back in place. My right side literally feels like I need someone to stand on my pelvis and pop it back in place. The piriformis muscle tightens up, affecting my sciatic nerve on the right side of my calf muscle, and NOTHING is helping. I have been to pt last year (before the Pitiformis started acting up...it was just hip pain then) and then started back 2 months ago. I have dry needling, exercises, stem.....and it feels better when I leave but it is back the next day. I am so frustrated...I feel like if my chiropractor could just get it back in place the pain would be gone, but nobody can get it done. I am a runner and lead a running club, and I can't even walk some days without hobbling. I was just this week prescribed a quick round of prednisone which helped but temporarily. And oddly enough, sometimes it is fine....but more often it isn't. I just cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm doing to make it feel better so I can continue. Ugh. I just want to get this fixed so I can get back to running with my buds. Can someone help?
