Mouth Herpes or what ???

Hello

3 days ago i met with a girl and my mouth from outside touched her nipples. 2 hours after l, i started to feel some kind of a different sensation in my lower lips and the day after i started to feel tinglings in my cheeks from inside?

Could this be a mouth herpes

Please help me out
