Last night I had an episode where you get those lower gut pains off and on knowing a big round of BM is coming. Finally after about an hour of that I knew it was time to go in the bathroom and sit.
The pains kept coming and going getting worse but omg so bad I thought I was in labor! I called my hubby because I thought I was going to pass out! Never this bad before! I was screaming!
I rocked back and forth encouraging movement taking slow deep breaths.
After abut 30 minutes I finally started going. Slightly constipated then eventually giving way to diarrhea. I noticed at the end a tiny bit of stain of red blood on tissue.
I crawled into bed. About 20 min later I started hurting again and diarrhea came big time this time definitely some bright blood about 1/4 tsp in toilet in a clump.
After that it all settled down and about 30 min later I started with a fever of about 101. I took a advil (now I realize I should not have with the blood) to get temp down.
This am more cramping and just blood about 3 tbsp been twice, no fever.
History, had anal fissure repair back in 98. Have fibromyalgia with IBS.
Had colonoscopy 10 yrs ago, clean.
