I probably sound like an idiot but here it goes. Me and my girlfriend didn't have sex but I adjusted my penis through my shirt (didn't come into skin on skin contact) and before we did anything we both put on hand sanitizer (I being paranoid put it on 4 times) is there any risk of pregnancy from this scenario? Oh and a side question what can I do to completely clean off my hands so that a next time this happens I'm positive that there is no pre ejaculate on it?
