I had my gallbladder removed 7 weeks ago and have had no problems eating or getting back to my running workouts. All of a sudden last week I started having symptoms like I never had the surgery. I saw my GI Dr and after tests he prescribed me sucralfate and Prilosec. These symptoms of heartburn, stomach on fire are severe to make me not be able to function and feel like I can't breath. Has anyone else had this? How long does it take to get back to normal? I felt fine! And I really was getting back into my running again.
