Fibromyalgia--supplements question and other ways to feel better

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to this board and pretty new to fibro (it SUCKS!). I was diagnosed about 4 months ago and things are sliding downhill pretty fast. I had a question: I've heard about nightshade veggies and fruits causing inflammation and wondered if anyone sees any merit in that claim. Also, I'm wondering---have any of you had to find specific supplements that do NOT contain nightshade fruits, extracts, etc? Just wondering what to look for on the bottles to eliminate these types of supplements.

I've already made changes in my diet but I'm grasping at anything that will stop the weekly flare ups that keep happening! Any other helpful hints for managing fibro? It is no fun...
