Black line on my penis !!

I have never had this before I'm about 20 and this week I've noticed I've got a black stitch looking line by the head and cant take it off it almost feels like a wound but I think its under the skin

And I have one similar thing on my arm but not sure if its a wound again !
I dont know if I gotta go to dr for this now or wait for it to heal
