I'm not sure if this is considered dental but I have always had very tight jaw tendons that crowd the sides of my mouth. I am not sure if I was actually born with them like that or if it developed that way over time. For example, I can't put my toothbrush in the very far back of my top row of teeth because the tendon blocks it, and this happens on both sides. However, I do not feel any pain or tightness. The tendons are just very close and tight to the sides of my mouth (inside cheek area), and I can't find anything about it online! Can someone tell me what this is? Oh, and could it affect me getting wisdom teeth removal surgery? I have 2 wisdom teeth growing in, one on each side of my mouth, on the top row of teeth. Again, I feel NO pain or tightness in my jaw tendons. The only pain I have is my wisdom tooth growing in. Please let me know if there's like a name for this thing because I can't find anything about it. Thank you!
