Hi i am writing on behalf off my brother i just need some advice my brother is quite weighty and he has been suffering with downbelow problems. But when he goes for a pee or wee. His pubic hairline area Swells up leaving him in agony we have as family taken him to hospitals but he needs to lose quite a bit of weight just need to know if it could be serious problem tonight he was literally crying with the pain he had wee and he shouts out i am in agony saying what the problem is and he showed us and his pubic hairline area was like rock-hard just a bit worried because i have never seen anything like it i am bit upset. But until he lose's weight the medical people can't help he can't be scanned because he's about 6ft 5 and has a lot off weight carrying. Any information would be appreciated
