Spot on pinky appeared overnight

I have a brownish-reddish spot the size of an eraser head that literally appeared overnight on the lower digit of the backside of my pinky, and below that by a few centimeters is another pin-head sized spot of the same color. I noticed the spots one week ago today. I know for certain the spots were not there before then because I had been working with my hands all day the day prior. I've read about melanoma appearing suddenly and some early-stage melanoma pictures I've viewed look frighteningly similar to what I have. I have no history of skin cancer in my family. Hoping this is just some hyperpigmentation? I do not have health insurance otherwise I would have simply scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist. I have a resolution picture of the spots.

I am a 35 year old male in good health.
