I've been around here for awhile now. Had the Turp Nov 2014. My results are better, but not perfect, going to see a specialist again, but that's for another thread.
My erections have been crap since the procedure. With Porm... not so bad, but with my wife... not good. Makes me think part of it could be mental, who knows. But Its such a night / day difference since the procedure, no way its coincidence. So I started taking Hormy Goat Weed, which helped. But with it, brought on painful erections. So of course I stopped... which took the pain away, but also took away my fuller erections. So I had to weigh my options... and went back to the HGW. Now.. I'm trying something new Tongkat Alli. I hope that does the trick, cause I've heard good things about it.
Anyone else suffering from the post Turp sexual issues. I mean, i realize the surgery is messing with your prostate, hence the issue. But I've read on here some folks have been find.
