I've had an exposure (unprotected oral) for about 3 minutes or so, when the girl (female friend) got too into the moment and started tugging, which caused my frenulum (pee hole skin) to tear and bleed quite a bit. My penis was in her mouth and she said she tasted blood before pulling it out to confirm it was bleeding.
I understand that in most cases oral sex (insertive) does not warrant a significant enough HIV risk. In this case, would it warrant a high enough risk for PEP since blood was involved?
She has no open cuts, sores or ulcers in the mouth. She claims she is clean too (but one never knows).
