Just looking for some insight on MRI results

Hello,

I'm a 30 almost 31 yo female. I've had numerous symptoms and was assuming my issue was thyroid related but my Internist said that the two typical blood tests were fine. He wouldn't refer me to a specialist because there was no real reason. I told him another symptom I was having- which was breast leakage & mentioned my ongoing headaches. This made his eyes pop open and ordered a blood test for Prolactin level and a MRI with and without contrast. My Prolactin came back higher than normal (44) and this is what came about in my MRI results from the radiologist;

The ventricles are of normal size and configuration. The midline structures, incl corpus callosum and brain stem are unremarkable in appearance.

There are punctate areas of high T2 and FLAIR signal in the hemispheric white matter, 2 of which occupy periventricular location, slice 19 of series 7001. In addition, there is a subtle focus in the right temporal lobe which enhances on postinfusion sequences, slice 10 of series 12,003 raising concern for demyelinating process such as MS.

The cerebral hemispheres are otherwise intact. No space occupying lesions are demonstrated.

The posterior fossa is unremarkable in appearance. There is no evidence of acute cerebral infraction or hemorrhage. There is otherwise no pathological postinfusion enhancement.

It then goes on to say that I have nonenhancing pituitary focus 2 x 5mm in size along the left inferolteral aspect of the pituitary concerning for a tiny microadenoma.

Has anyone else had a MRI result like this? How worried should I be? I have to wait 2 weeks until I see a neurologist.
