Hashimotos thyroid with new nodule

Hi first time posting. Had a really bad week that included a hospitalization with multiple med issues. During work up found to have 5 cm calcification right lobe of thyroid. TSH 13. Was on 200mcg of levothyroxine. Increased to 225. During that stay my cardiac rate fluctuated from 40 to v-tach in the 120's. Now also being worked up for MS. Sorry on a roll here. Wondering if the thyroid set off the cardiac issues. Worried about cancer. Did not see endo in hospital was told to have my PCP handle it when I see her this week. Was basically followed by neurologists. Any input would be helpful
