ATL + Peroneus longus torn... 5 months after ankle surgery

Hello
I stumble upon this forum looking up information about ATL and Peroneus longus torn... I had I early March a big surgery because of torn ATL and torn Peroneus brevis but unfortunately last week I had what I was thinking initially a minor setback which turned out after too much pain and bruisin to the problem in the subject.
I am seeing my surgeon on Monday, and I am trying for my own knowledge to understand if recovering from a surgery for the Peroneus longus + ATL will be different from the one I had in March.
With my new problem what is freaking me out is the fact that I lost 90% of my ankle mobility: the on,y movement I can do is pulling my foot up, but that is it. Prior to last week, with my physical therapy exercises I could go circle and had gain back some good resistance for lateral exercises. Now I can't even move my ankle laterally: it is not painful but it seems like physically something is missing, and even when I want to do a movement nothing happen.

The MRI revealed that my tendon can not be seen from the malleolus up to the plantar cuboid... which match the spot where I heard the crack/snap and a day later a bruise started to develop above my malleolus.

So anyone with experience recovering from such surgery? How long have you been in the cast? How long before putting any weight on it? And did you recover your ankle mobility if you lost it?
Thanks!
