suffering from prostate cancer plz help .

I am 16 years old and i think I am suffering from prostate cancer. Why I think this
1. very freq. bowel movemnts
2. I fell pressure in my bowel but i cant urinate
3. feeling of fatigue
4. lower back pain
5. excess sweating
6. feeling weak
7. bloating
and i am masturbating almost everyday from last 3 years and i will not masturbate from now.
