Hi all.
After having lived with Fibro/CFS for years i have taken a fall from grace. Due to a big change in life, move abroad etc. Really took it hard. Anyhow i started with Mirtazapine 7,5mg for sleep about 6 days ago. Anyone have experience on how long the blurry eyes, dry eyes and extreme zombie state last for? Just no energy to get out of bed at all. About the only positive thing right now is some sleep, feels very heavy though and not the kind of "i slept like a baby and feel great the next day" sleep. And also the eating. Better than not eating.
As i have fibro and CFS i do battle fatigue at times too. I think now its a bit confusing as to what this is. Likely is the medication. I am supposed to move up to 15mg which should help combat a bit of mild depression also. Seeing doctor again tommorrow about that. Just really looking for a bit of piece of mind, and normally how long this can last. I guess we all experience this differently.
I just feel quite weird, drowsy all day and today slightly anxious.
I welcome any experiences. Thank you so much!
Chris
