Do I have Venous Leak related Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi there, I am a 22y/o who is currently experiencing ED-like symptoms. Four days ago I was jerking off when I noticed that my erection was not as full or as engorged as normal, and my glans did not seem to be receiving an adequate amount of blood (60-70% hard). Prior to this day I did not experience any problems like this. When I stood up to ejaculate, this made my erection harder to mantain and it went down to about 50-60% hardness. After noticing that, I did some reading up and am now worried that I may have venous leak related ED.

Some facts about my current condition (these are items that I've noticed began presenting themselves after the onset of this condition):

1. I do experience morning wood but it seems to be subsiding a lot quicker.
2. I have not experienced spontaneous erections throughout the day since the day I noticed my erection wasn't at 100%. I'm not sure if this is due to the anxiety I've been experiencing due to this condition.
3. I feel aroused when I think of sexy images (blood flows to the groin and scrotal area) but I don't get an erection. Prior to this I used to get erections ranging from a semi-erection to a full-blown erection if I entertained these thoughts for more than 30 secs.
4. I need to constantly stimulate my penis to mantain an erection and simply just watching porn doesn't get it hard anymore. If I take a short break to search for a new video my erection subsides very quickly.
5. The onset of the overall condition and all above items are sudden, and can be traced to the day I jerked off and noticed something was wrong.

I have been jerking off almost everyday for 2 months now. My girlfriend is studying abroad for the summer and I've had to take matters into my own hands but prior to her departure we would have sex about twice a week or more. I usually let my penis be sufficiently lubricated by pre-*** before actually jerking it and have only ever jerked it dry once about a month ago.

I have been feeling a little bit down for the past couple of months due to life in general, but far from the point of depression, just the usual college senior melancholy. I have a major exam coming up in a few days, and I'm experiencing some stress due to that. I dont consciously feel that it is a high level of stress though, just standard work/exam related stress level elevation which is why I ruled out the possibility of this being entirely anxiety induced. However, once I started noticing that there might be something wrong with my penis my anxiety and stress levels shot through the roof and I'm now a few steps away from a panic attack.

I hit the gym or do some intense cardio every day but I've stopped exercising a day before the onset of this condition because I started spending more time at the library for the final push before my paper.

I'm deciding if I should go see a urologist ASAP or try to let the issue be resolved on its own. I'm a student on a shoestring budget and a urologist consultation along with a penile doppler test is going to be a huge blow for my next few months' finances. Of course, if there is a real risk that something is wrong with my plumbing I would instantly see a doctor to get it fixed, cost be damned. But before I **** the bed, I'd like to know what are the chances of me having a venous leak related ED issue?
