Sore whiteheads on penis

I have noticed several red bumps with whiteheads appearing on the shaft of my penis. This has occurred a day or two after sex recently. I'm not sure what to make of it and very worried. They are sore when I touch them. I feel nothing different when I pee or anything. Any advice would be apprecated. Thanks
