Shotty lymph nodes

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions. I'm 28 female. Recently I discovered 4 small, movable, hard, painless lumps in my left armpit and one in the other. I went to a general doctor who said she is very thorough and seemed very concerned. She said they are shotty lymph nodes and I also have them all over my groin. She ordered me an axilla ultrasound and complete abdomen ultrasound. There is a two week wait at the diagnostic place so I went to see a breast surgeon who diagnosed a cyst for me a month back. He sort of blew me off and without even feeling the lumps said skinny people can feel lymph nodes. I've had my blood work done 3 times in the past 6 months and my cbc is always normal so I'm ruling out leukemia. I have no symptoms of fever or night sweats. The lumps aren't big. Probably under 1 cm. The lymph nodes all over my groin feel like little pellets everywhere. I have felt fatigued for the past 8 years and get blurred vision. It sounds weird but it started after getting a kitten and i've always thought he gave me cat scratch disease. I think if the fatigue is from cancer, I would probably be dead by now since it was 8 years ago. I'm not sure how long i've had these lumps. I was wondering what everyone's symptoms are who have had lymphoma and if it was a lymphoma such a follicular that is slow growing, do the lymph nodes grow or would they be shotty like I have? Also, if the fatigue I started experiencing 8 years ago is from a type like follicular, I read you can live up to ten years without treatment. Would the lumps have gotten bigger by now? Another weird problem I've been having is after my last workout, my joints have been cracking all over. In my legs, arms, feet, face and have been causing some joint pain. Could that be from lymphoma? I've been so scared and can't put this out of my mind! Thank you. God bless everyone. I hope everyone is doing well on this message board.
