Protruding bones on the outside both of my feet

Both my feet have this protruding bone on the middle of the outside for as long as I can remember. There's no pain besides being nicknamed "kryptoe-nite" by my younger brother for years now. Im just looking to see if I can find out why I have this obnoxious unnecessary bone that I've never seen anyone else have..
