Possible herpes

I had minor sexual contact with a girl 6 days ag(genitial rubbing) she later told me that she had herpes but hasn't had an outbreak in over a year and also is taking anti virals for the virus. Ever since then I have been super stressed about it and have noticed redness on my penis and I have been itching over my entire body. I have also felt sick but it seems this only happens when I think about it. I had a few small bumps on my penis that I popped and they reacted like pimples with a small amount of white substance coming from them. I also work in a non air conditioned warehouse and sweat a lot and my hands get dirty. Please help
