I received unprotected oral from a female friend and things got heated up. After less than 3 minutes (estimation), the frenum tore and there was quite a lot of blood. We immediately stopped and I checked that there was no open cuts, sores or ulcers in her mouth.
I understand that "oral sex carries little to minimal risk" but would this case warrant for PEP? What are the risks?
