MRI Translation Needed

Hi,

Recently had an MRI done on my cervical spine and need help translating the report findings.

Note I had a cervical fusion C5-C7 in 2002 and am now having pain again. X-ray revealed movement of plate hence the MRI.

C2-3 - Normal
C3-4 - Mild posterior disc protrusion contiguous w/right-sided incite hypertrophy. Mild right facet hypertrophy present as well. No central stenosis. Degree of right neural foraminal narrowing.
C4-5 - Disc space narrowing w/mild posterior disc bulge. Uncinate & facet hypertrophy. Mild narrowing of sagittal spinal canal. Neural foraminal narrowing prominent on the left side.
C5-6, C6-7 & C7-T1 - Anterior fusion. Artifact associated with hardware. No recurrent central or neural foraminal stenosis.
CEric all spinal cord : no myelomalacia.

Impression :
1. Post anterior fusion C5-C7, central canal & neural foraminal patent at these levels.
2. Disc bulge w/Uncinate & facet hypertrophy at C4-5. Mild narrowing of sagittal spinal canal. Neural foraminal narrowing more prominent on the left.
3. Mild posterior disc protrusion and right-sided Uncinate & facet hypertrophy at C3-4. Degree of right neural foraminal narrowing.
