Living in location with Poor Air Quality Index

Hello. I live in South Jersey, 10 minutes away from the Philadelphia area. I am a lifetime asthma and allergy sufferer, and for the last 8 years have gotten weekly allergy shots at my local specialist.

I spent some time in Burlington Vermont as a College student and I can't help but notice how much better I felt up there.

This summer has a been a brutal one, hard to breathe even in air conditioning.

Though, all year round I suffer from feeling lethargic, tired, hazy, achey, and dizzy at times. I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue, but I can't help but notice, specific allergies such as trees etc that are indigenous to the different areas aside, I felt like another person whilst in VT.

My Camden County area does Fail across the board for Air Particle / Ozone Quality and Vermont scores A's and Passes with flying colors.

Is it possible to be so sensitive to these things that one's quality of life can truly differ that much from a poor Air Quality Index?

I am heavily considering relocating to VT for my health alone.
