Had a brain stem stroke 08-02-2016!

Hi. I'm 42 and new to here. Tuesday August 2nd, I had a stroke in my sleep. In hospital 6 days, home now. All I've been told is large stroke in the Pons area. I'm lost. Can anyone please help me with information? Had lots of blood tests done. No results.
