I have to confess that i am a bit of a hypochondriac and i am afraid of going to a doctor so i would like to ask if anyone could help me out and ease my conscience and fears.
Its been 3 weeks now that i have had this kind of pain/discomfort on my right upper side (feels like the pain was coming from the back side of my shoulder) and it didn't allow me to have proper sleep. I have been taking pain killers and aspirin every couple of days just to feel normal (mostly discomfort now and not pain). Sometimes i feel a shortness of breath or fatigue.
Last night i noticed that there is a strong bulge (almost feels like a bone) on the bottom right side of my throat just above the collarbone.
I don't expect someone to guarantee that this isn't serious and i know i should visit a doctor (and i will) but is there a chance this inst something serious? I'm quite scared of what a lump might be, just wondering if this is something that might come and go, or if it might have happened during exercise (i go the gym daily) Or if it is just some kind of infection that might go away if i ride it out a little bit more...
Thanks
