Its on my right fore arm. I was in a classroom with flourescent lighting. I noticed it a few hours in. Im frustrated. I just dont know what to do. I will be preparing for my doc appt. I had asked if i can get a non narcotic or a pain reliever im not allergic to to help with pain, but they cant get me anything until they see me. Thats understandable. Any advice on what to ask the doc? Something I may be missing or over looking?
