For 4 months i've had a specific neck pain. It hurts when i move my head straight back, and it *really* hurts when i try to move my head from side to side (ear to shoulder on both sides).
Yesterday i tried stretching it, and that made it *much* worse.
When i move my neck side to side (ear to shoulder) the pain is on both sides of my neck -- sometimes radiating down into my shoulder.
I think i've finally got to see a doctor about this, but unsure what type i should go to. A rheumatologist? A different specialist?
