Searching for answers

Hi all, I am new here. Trying to figure out some of my symptoms and blood work. I am 46, and have had many symptoms for over 20+ years. A lot of them have happened at different points in those years, but I have always been ANA+ since I can remember. I have another autoimmune disease, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which was diagnosed about 7 years ago by a high TSH, and high anti thyroglobulin antibodies. I am on meds for this now. I do, however, still have many other symptoms. Here they are....
-extreme fatigue
-low back pain
-stiff, slightly swollen hands in morning, like water retention feeling
-headaches
-muscle aches/tiredness
-floating joint pain
-rashes on both elbows that RX steroid cream does not get rid of
-rashes from sun if I am not careful with applying sunscreen

These are other symptoms I am not having now, but have had in the past.
-plantar fasiitis for over a year
-terrible lung infections that take multiple rounds of antibiotics to get rid of (every time I get a cold, it goes to chest like 95% of time)

My recent blood work showed no Lyme's, thyroid functioning well on meds, cbc and metabolic panel were normal, sed rate and crp were normal, and normal rheuatoid factor.
The following is what came out abnormal...
-positive ANA
-positive anti SS-A
-positive HLA B27
-positive CCP ( Anti-citrulline Antibody)

I am awaiting an appt with my new doc to review these. Any input would sure be appreciated. I am so tired of seeing Dr after DR without a diagnosis. I have also seen a rheumatologist that blew me off because my complement levels were in normal range. :(
