ICSI , Freezed embryo transfer

Hi.. I'm 39 yrs old . I have been doing ICSCI . This is the 6th time for embryo transfer and use freeze embryo. 3 embryo (i'm not sure embryo day3or day5 bc the doctor didn't tell me) transfer on 9th August the after that 3days i got pink mucous spot when i'm pee about 5 very small spot. This is my question : 1) the pink spot is can be Implatation bleeding ? I think is implantation bleeding but in my mine is so early . 2) after embryo transfer can i twist my body or stretch oneself after rising on bed (i do this automatic or the time? Sorry for my english not good and i appreciate for your answer ...thank you
