hello High FSH

hello i had testicular cancer 12 years ago and then again last year, i have kept one testicle which is not great and full of calcium . since my first testicular cancer my testo has been between 9 and 13, my FSH is always very high. the british NHS won't treat for low testo if its 9 or above even if you have the symptoms of hypogodanism. i know high FSH is linked to pituitary problems too

I can't find any info to see if high FSH has any effects on health or testo production, has anyone any info?
