Hello, FSH high in males

,
Hello I had testicular cancer and ever since my FSH has been high, LH normal ( or with in normal) testo around 12. I have symptoms of hypogodanism but they say 12 testo is with in normal and FSH high is not at all connected to testo production. Has anyone got any info on high FSH causing similer symptoms to hypogodanism
