Exposure : Unprotected anal receptive sex. What worries me is that next day I saw blood on my tissue paper.

Last 3 months have been a hell of a journey. Following symptoms still persist: Gums has been turned white, chronic loose stool and so much growling sound in stomach throuhgout the day. Rashes come and go.
Tests:
6 weeks - 4G Ab/AG -ve, RNA TMA -ve
8 weeks - 4G Ab/AG -ve, PCR RNA qualitative/quantitive
12 week - 10 STD PANEL -ve (HIV 1/2,HEP A/B/C,CH,GO,HSV1/2,SYPH)
15 weeks - 4G Ab/AG -ve
I still have all the symptoms which I can not describe as people won't believe that person can have these symptoms at 15 week ....
Am I converting slowly and will be in 1% who shows up at +ve at 6 MONTHS ?
