Hi all. 46 here. I'm not sure to what to make of this.
My last period was about a week late and longer than normal, then I started to spot yesterday one week after the end of my last period. Spotting was mostly brown and light but this morning it's more deeper. I'm slightly cramping too.
Should I be worried? Is the the start of the new stage of my life? Not sure how to feel right now.
