4 month migraine

got a migraine on may 23 of this year out of no where. I have had migraines off and on since I was 7. been on all types of meds. have been seeing a pain management dr for Botox injections every three months. when I went for my last shots I had the migraine he was hoping it would take it away. didn't happen. my neurologist just kept giving me a new med each week a preventative. they didn't work since I already had migraine. in meantime went to er twice got toroidal and Benadryl did nothing for the pain sent me home. on the fourth week with this dr they tell me he is at the hospital er go there I should be able to see him. so we go there the nurse says he won't see you unless your a stroke patient. they give me 4 shots of 4ml of morphine. again does nothing send me home. had it with this dr has done no test doesn't listen to me. call insurance find another neurologist get appointment. he listen to me tell him that back of head hurts can't put it on pillow hurts worse feels like a lot of pressure. above temple hurts, and top of head has searing swords going through it. nausea all the time , can't sleep. cry most of the day, light head at times. schedules cat scan, mri's of brain,and spinal tap. he believes I may have fluid on the brain. so far all of those have come back negative. spinal tap pressure was 25 which is in normal range but says for me maybe to high. so we will keep that in mind. three weeks after the migraine started neck became sore and can't move it all the way to the right. finally got a mri of that this Monday. see him this coming Tuesday to see if it says anything. also wants a sleep study done. not sure why. in the mean time I live on Zofran every 4 hrs for the nausea. most of the time sleep in a recliner cause can't lay flat with back of head on bed hurts like you wouldn't believe so I turn to the left lay gently that way. so no full nights sleep. the also have now about 6 weeks ago started me on Topamax. not happy with it side effects include nausea. gave me new bipolar med which also includes nausea and headache so talking to dr to get me off it. I do have a appointment at the mayo clinic in Jacksonville fl (live in florida) but not until sept 25 trying hard to hold on.
